Terms of use and engagement

Who we are

850 Tax CPA is an online tax service of Dansby CFO Plus, PLLC (d/b/a Dansby CFO+), a Florida CPA firm. When you send us your information for review, you are engaging Dansby CFO Plus, PLLC to prepare your individual federal income tax return (Form 1040) for tax year 2026, and any state return we agree to prepare with it.

What we will do

• A CPA reviews your answers and documents, asks you about anything unclear, and prepares your return.
• We show you the finished return before anything is filed. We file only after you approve and sign.

What you agree to do

• Give us complete and accurate information and documents, and tell us about anything that could affect your return.
• Answer our questions, and review your return carefully before you sign it. You are responsible for the information on your return.
• Keep your sign-in details and your authenticator app to yourself.

Fees

A standard individual return starts at $275. If your return needs more work (for example self-employment, rental property, more than one state, or partnership, trust or estate income), we will tell you the additional fee before we do that work, and you can decide whether to continue. We invoice you after your return is prepared. Nothing is charged online.

Electronic records

You agree to receive notices from us by email and to exchange documents and messages with us through this site. Our emails only tell you that something is waiting for you; they never contain tax details.

Limits

This engagement covers the return described above. It does not include tax planning, amended prior-year returns, responding to IRS or state notices, or audits, unless we agree to them separately in writing.
